Terms of Payment

Matuu Kamakis is offering this land  investment opportunity at a greatly  discounted price to  our valued  customers: 

• One eighth (1/8) acre, 1st row touching Thika-Garissa Highway: Seven Thousand, nine hundred US dollars only (USD $7,900) per plot.
• One eighth (1/8) acre, 2nd and 3rd row touching 20 meter wide all-weather murrum road: Six Thousand, nine hundred US dollars only (USD $6,900) per plot.

(i). You will be required to pay a booking fee of USD 100 per plot to secure the plot(s) of your choice, then provide the following  documents to start registration process. (The $100 booking fee will be deducted from original price).

• Three (3) passports size photographs.
• A copy of your Kenyan national ID  or passport.
• A copy of your PIN certificate  (required for the 2% stamp duty).

(ii). Customers will be required to pay an initial instalment payment of Two Thousand US dollars (USD 2,000) per plot within 10  days of paying booking fee. 

(iii). Customers will be required to pay the second and subsequent remaining balance within a hundred and twenty (120) days of the  booking fee  payment date. 

(iv). We shall process the title deed(s) in  your names as they appear on your Kenyan ID.

(v). We accept various modes of payments including: Bank wire transfer, Zelle and CashApp. 

(v). No interest payment within four months (same as cash).
